Shipping business is mainly on the sea. The founder thought that using sea as company name is a good luck and he was inspired to connect bird as symbol of peace and harmonious environment. 

The company was registered and granted its license from the Department of Trade and Industry last April 30, 2002 and was incorporated last September 2002. It’s aimed is to provide pure services at a very high standard and level.

Though the company was in his infancy in the industry, the key person however was in the field of shipping for a numbers of years already. We have a strong good rapport with the port of authorities in the Philippines especially in the Bureau of Customs, Bureau of Immigration, and Philippine Ports Authority and to the other government agencies concerned. We’ve been operating in all major ports in the Philippines.

We also offer cargo checkerage, customs brokerage, integrated cargo handling, project cargo and draft survey services to fully integrate our services. We do this in a professional and personalized manner as we are continuing to build on the quality standard.

The company concentrated more in Mindanao area as there are bigger flow of cargoes  from this area and in order to properly serve its’ clientele and had put up a sub office in Cagayan de Oro and General Santos City.  Offices are well equipped with communication equipments with fully online computers with well trained staff to facilitate smoothly the day to day transactions.

The company has its main office located at the Unit A MDP Realty Building Km. 9 Bo. Pampanga, Lanang Davao City, just a few minutes away from Sasa Government Wharf.  Our south sub office is located inside the Makar Wharf, Gen. Santos City while our north sub office is at Julio Pacana St. Licuan Cagayan de Oro City.

Due to the fast growth of the company we are now servicing to other Port areas in the Philippines such as Luzon (Bataan, Batangas & Subic Ports) Visayas (Cebu, Ilo-ilo, Dumaguete and Bacolod).

Since the company started last 2002 with the initial capital of Php500,000.00, now the company has gross assets of more than Php 10,000,000.00.  From its office of 3x3M rented cubicle at the Second Floor of Davao City Chamber of Commerce Building, the company had move in, to its newly owned homelocated at Unit A MDP Realty Bldg. Km. 9 Bo. Pampanga, Lanang, Davao City just a few minutes away from Sasa Government Wharf and Davao International Airport.  With its starting manpower of three persons now we have more than twenty staffs including those on our sub offices and contractual. The office is also equipped with the latest means of communications and technology. Last October 2011 we just increase our Capital to Php 1,000,000.00 and gross asset of Php 15,000,000.00, and acquired our MARINA ACCREDITATION Cert. No. DMRO186-11-002.
